Among the collectors that are loaned pieces for the show: JAMIL BANSARD, the Kulu polychromatic mask of the front cover of the catalogue  came from his collection, PHILIPPE BOUDIN ,ALAIN BOVIS  with several pieces ex  Mort Golub Collection, JEAN-LUC CORTES , PIERRE DANHAIVE  with the n.49 primitive mask, a great piece, exhibited in the past on “Facing the Gods: Ritual Masks of the Himalayas- Smithsonian Inst., MICHEL AND LILIANE DURAND-DESSERT  with an unusual n.59 primitive  masks with two mouths and symbols of the sun and moon engraved on the forehead, interesting their n.98 great the n.102 polychromatic mask, RENZO FRESCHI, GUSTAVO GILI AND ROSA AMOROS with the n.116 mask, a strong piece ex Mort Golub , PATRICK GRIMAUD , FREDERIC GUISLAN , JACQUES LEBRAT , HELMUT AND HEIDI NEUMANN, JEAN ROSAIN, SYLVIE SAUVENIERE, ,SAM AND SHARON SINGER  interesting the Kienga mask n.9 and the n.107 primitive mask with a great brown  encrusted patina ex Hultberg Coll. was exhibited in Facing the Gods: Ritual Masks of the Himalays (Smithsonian Inst. 1989-1991), PIERRE ZINK, FRANCOISE PANNIER  with a lot pieces from his collection and gallery, BERNANRD DE WATTEVILLE  with the n.40 strong Divinité terrible mask linked maybe with the Bon religion (publ. on Masks of the Himalayas, New York-Pace Primitive Gallery 1990).

Two ancient  Nepalese lata masks, maybe of the same hand or village workshipper or workship.
